We are committed to keeping you informed, though: you can always check the status of your order with us, and we’ll do our best to assist you throughout the delivery process.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Ethnic Treasures return and exchange policy is outlined in a separate document. We have a hassle-free return policy. If the item doesn’t fit or you’re unsatisfied, you can return it within 7 days of receiving the order. Please ensure the item remains unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging for a smooth return or exchange process.
