Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, customers will be notified via email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within India for prepaid orders. An additional cost of ₹49 will be charged for COD orders. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ethnic Treasures is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at treasuresethnic@gmail.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Once dispatched, international deliveries may take up to 7 days to reach your destination, depending on customs clearance and local delivery services. Shipping times may vary slightly based on location, but we strive to ensure timely and secure delivery for every order.
